Finally, we got round to sorting out our current available test pressings and offer them on our webstore proper for sale..
In the past, test pressings were only offered by ourselves as part of our legendary sales, but as the new releases increase, and the test pressings shelves fill up, we are now making them available on the site, i think (although I could be wrong on this) for the first time !
On all our releases, we usually manufacture 10 test pressings maximum and sometimes only 5
They are all black vinyl, plain white labels , sometimes with a generic side A printed, sometimes only in paper inner bags, or sometimes in generic printed discobags (as per the photo) - it depends entirely on which pressing plant we used to press the records..
It also means on some of our releases being solely on random colours, in a lot of instances these are the only black vinyl copies of this release
Check the dropdown menu for the test pressings we currently have stock on - we usually leave it a few months on new releases before adding those here, or we upload once the vinyl pressing sells out if there are no plans for an immediate repress
Hopefully there is something of interest here, and all money on test pressing sales gets ploughed back into the upcoming releases, and clears us some much needed shelf space!
